Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Have original tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Be in the same condition as received
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team keirstinjselvage@yahoo.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
International Returns
For orders shipped outside Europe, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees paid during delivery are non-refundable.
Please ensure the return package is properly labeled and shipped with a reliable carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us to check availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom products
